We used Charles & his company in Dec. 2021. He made time To come out and look at a small job that was time sensitive, when everyone else was rude. Charles seems to be exceptionally honest and does not overcharge for his work.. I really appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help. A refreshing find in Florida, after you learn there are few repair people you can trust. He patched the tile roof of a house we were buying so we could move in and not worry about lots of leaks. He offered peace of mind.

I was droned by my homeowners insurance company and was notified that my policy might be cancelled if a cracked tile was not repaired. I was under a time constraint as I was leaving Florida and I needed a quick fix.I called Charles and he got right back to me. He was there the next day to do the repair.Charles was very professional. He was timely, honest, helpful and prompt despite the fact that it was a small job. The price was very reasonable.Coastal has my highest recommendation for whatever the job is.
