“I recently went to Dr Susan Sloan as a walk in first time patient. The circumstances were, that I was having an eye emergency called uvitus. She just so happened to be the closest eye doctor around but this truly was a blessing. She was helpful, intuitive, willing to hear my past eye history and most importantly find relief. “Exceptional customer service at the store. Went to Eyeglass World to check if they could fix my glasses that broke after going to another store which could not fix them (and broke them even more). My hopes were not high, but Tony and James went above and beyond to help me. Always with a smile, Tony patiently worked on my glasses and fixed them. They did a great job!
