I took a class hot class with Erika. She was very clear in her instructions and practiced with us while delivering the instructions.I also like the studio because they have three showers and the floor and the yoga ?? room is very clean and sanitary because it’s not the typical Bikram carpet it’s more of a rubber mat material.??

after visiting Ormond beach on several occasions we were wanting to take our health more serious, we visited several yoga studios in the area and just wasn't what we were looking for. We visited "We Are Yoga" and was very impressed w the studio, Staff and the intense work outs and results. Thank you for the experience we tell everyone about you!!!!

If been to Bikram yoga classes all over the world. This is simply the best hot yoga class of ever taken. Studio is bright and has a nice feel. The studio has one wall which is all glass so you don't feel like your in a cave. 2 way glass so no one can see in. But the best part was the teacher Erika She knew the dialog extremely well but went beyond the militaristic auctioneer approach and had many tips and reminders of what to think about during the poses for maximum benefit! I'll be going 2 or 3 times a week!!!
