Travis was wonderful! He took his time inspecting the area that was damaged, and was very kind a Curtis. He gave me a fair quote, and expired the plan of action well. I look forward to working with when they return to complete the job.

Darien and Dan were awesome. They came to my home within a half an hour of calling. They were there waiting for the night making sure to finish the job. They explained everything thoroughly to me. They were very knowledgeable and made the process easy. They were definitely most helpful at a time that was very stressful. Say effectively ripped out the soaking wet padding under my carpet and installed fans throughout which dried the carpet very quickly. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future, but let's hope I don't need to. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but these guys were great. Kiddos to them
