Chris was on time and worked fast to diagnose 2 - 5 ton York AC units.
He located a broken wire and was done in just under an hour.

My carrier ac was purchased a little over a year ago(installed on June 22, 2023. Today I noticed water on my garage floor and saw the drip pan under my air handler was overflowing and there was a steady drip. The bottom half of air handler so soaked the filter fell thru. I reached out to emergency on call who said mon was soonest they could get a tech out. Joy even kept saying “the fact that your maintenance agreement expired is an issue”.
