Although I have tried to keep moving, stay active, workout, and do things to maintain flexibility, there were simply parts of my body that were bound up. I went in thinking my only significant issue was in my hip and lower back. Lauree worked on every part of my body, revealing and loosening areas of tightness I didn't even realize I had developed. I had resigned to the fact that much of my limitations were just age-related. She proved otherwise. I left, after ONE visit, with greater flexibility, improved range of motion, and even better posture. Yes, ONE VISIT! I strongly encourage anyone who wants to maintain their overall wellness to see Lauree.
Lauree is the best bodywork specialist I have ever worked with. I am an athletic 53 y.o. woman, and three years ago before I began working with Lauree, I was seeing a chiropractor for adjustments every 3 weeks - neck, upper back, hips. I have not been to the chiropractor once since seeing Lauree and I no longer get migraines!!! I see Lauree once every two months and she treats my body as a work of art - she'll assess my posture and gait before our sessions and go to work! She treats the whole person and is 100% the real deal...I highly recommend her!
Lauree is absolutely fantastic! I have been in tremendous pain for over a year and after one visit the pain was almost completely gone. I was visiting from out of town and she was able to see me a couple of additional times while I was in the area and I have been virtually pain free since returning home! My body was very tight and misaligned and after that first visit my body was so much more aligned! I will absolutely see her again when I'm in the area. She has decades of experience and it shows. If you're considering seeing her, I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!
