I can't say enough good things about shadow Lake animal Hospital and their incredible team, especially Kelly, the vet tech. From the moment I walked in, I felt my dog was in the best hands. Kelly went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the entire procedure, providing updates and reassuring me every step of the way. Her compassion and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The care and attention my dog received were top-notch, and I am beyond grateful. We are so thankful for the compassion and care we received here for our two beagles dr Christian gave us an extra year with our Abby and both dr Christian and dr Rawlins gave Hailey the care she needed. Dr Rawlins had to be the one to put both of them down and we couldn't of asked for a more compassionate person to do so and her tech with Hailey is excellent. Thank you for all you have done.
