In short...Kim Brandt is a diamond in the rough! Explains everything explicitly, is not aggressive with trying to sell additional product, and most importantly, answered my (numerous) texts AFTER the service with genuine sincerity in how I was doing and gave me additional direction - all the while she knew I was from out of state and likely would not be a repeat customer. That is the true definition of a top-of-the-line medical professional. Highly recommend her and the Med Spa! The long version: A friend of mine goes to see Kim Brandt at Med Spa of Ormond Beach and I was in town visiting from out-of-state and since she had an appointment, I figured I would see if there was anything they could do to help lighten the dark spots I have on my face. Kim explained my options and suggested a chemical peel as it would be the most aggressive and provide the best results so I made an appointment. The office staff greeting me were very kind and down-to-earth. When I got into the exam room with Kim she was so sweet, explained exactly what was going to happen, and listen with genuinely as I asked some questions. During the process (I got microdermabrasion as well) she described what she would do before doing it so I knew what to expect. She mentioned some products that may help me in the future with the spots and overall skincare, but was not aggressive with trying to sell additional products. Most importantly, she answered my (numerous) texts AFTER the service with genuine sincerity. She truly cared how I was doing and gave me the additional direction I was asking for - all the while she knew I was from out of state and likely would not be a repeat customer.
