Great service call, Jeff knows what he’s talking about and show everything to me very politely. We are big fans of the Kinetico system. Why pay for electric to kick on our salt water softener when your water does not need it. This is our second system, one up in Michigan, and one down here
Jeff Marchese from K-Water arrived within the scheduled time and worked diligently on my old softener system. He succeeded with patching it up so it is working, and presented me with detailed analysis of its status, with options for repair versus replacement to the new system. We most likely agree to purchase the new system. Thank you Jeff, and K Water!
Technician very knowledgeable and knew how to remedy our problem. Also carried spare salt and tannin in his truck, so that saved us a trip to the shop! There was a hurricane coming and we expected to have to wait for service until after it passed, but they sent someone right out! Amazing customer service!
