I was charged a full drink price for WATER. The cashier do not make eye contact and spoke in a barely audible voice . We were get potato chips not asked if we would prefer a different side .

I used to love Panera. Last several visits my sandwich was awful. I expect more from you. Turkey sandwich cold bread, the topping were scarce and I'm not even sure it was turkey. Very disappointing
