Our house has two a/c units, the main one of which is now 11 years old. Four years ago it went out and we called Igloo. They came quickly, were polite, professional, and fast. I knew the basics, but not a ton about a/c units. They quickly diagnosed a low cost repair and had it up and running within 30 minutes. The same unit started going out again in the current heat. We called them again and got the same great outcome, fast, professional, and inexpensive repair without trying to make it seem like a bigger issue or that it just needed to be completely replaced now.
