The owner Paulene does not keep in contact with the client (voice message is full too) and says it's the aid's job to communicate; as they are all independent contractors. If your aid does not show up, there is no replacement. On 9/6/22 my aid Maria came in and left in exactly one min. She told Paulene she didn't need to be there as I was home working remotely... This was not true as I was at work! No one called me or even laid eyes on me. She left my 81 year old diabetic mother alone all day with no food, drink or diaper change.
