TLDR: HAYLEY IS THE HAIR ARTIST YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR. I had been following her page on Instagram since moving to Volusia a few years ago. I was hesitant to book an appointment because I struggled to trust anyone with my hair after having had countless bad experiences with other stylists. Finally, on a whim, I decided to give Hayley a shot and OHMYGOD, she UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT and NAILED IT!! Not only was she so easy to get along with, she was able to decipher my poor explanation of what I wanted done, without any reference photos and executed everything perfectly. Manes by Hayley is my new stylist, after just 1 visit! I think that my pictures say it best, but I will add that Hayley is not only full of great hair ideas and options but she actually Listens to her clients! Look at the pictures! She’s an artist! I’m still amazed by how wonderful my cut and color looks; I think I’m falling in love, with Me again!
