It was difficult to find the location initially (first time going). It’s tucked neatly in a corner in the plaza. I think parking by Publix will make for quickest access to the door.
Experience was good. The lady at the front desk is bubbly welcoming and kind which was a nice introduction since I was worried about being late from looking for the place. My wax tech was efficient. I will be back.
I travel a lot so have been to a few centers. This one by far has been my favorite! Kimyla was beyond phenomenal! She is just so good at keeping you relaxed with conversation but also somehow it was less painful than I’ve ever had it done! She was also beyond thorough! I will definitely only come here and request her when I’m in Florida! Truly a wonderful experience in spite of it being for waxing lol. Really, I am truly pleased and recommend this. Ask for Kimyla for sure! I can only pray she’s still there when I return! Thank you!
