Excellent customer service! Totally exceeded my expectations on the efficiency of processing my item (a hefty King-sized comforter). It was packaged in a clear comforter carrying tote, as if brand-new, when I collected it (the very next day). Awesome job (Kym) and all those behind the scenes! Will be back for sure!
