My husband and I recently had a A/C unit put into my mom's home. Best Value A/C and heating gave us a reasonable price and also a veteran discount. Justin came to the house to check out the unit and give us a price. He check unit throughly and took his time to explain what we needed. He also provided a few options on how to pay for the unit. He was friendly and very helpful.
The day the unit was put it Josh and Vinnie were there on time and explain the process to us. They put down cloths to keep things neater as they walked through the house. Just met with Justin, who diagnosed my ac compressor in a matter of seconds to be operational, and put my unit back on line for just a service call fee plus. A previous tech from another company said it was bad wanted to charge thousands!
Tony did an excellent job on my A/C unit he takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail and covers all the bases he is also friendly, helpful and professional I really enjoy his work ethic!!! Thanks Best Value for sending me Tony!
