They have no customer service knowledge at all. This is a horrible person and gives the face of the company such a bad rapport. I asked a simple question during the application process and was met with disrespect. Unable to even get a hold of them. I refuse to pay one red cent to them to be given my payoff amount. All other lending companys have it in black and white.Stay away, wish someone had warned me.

The worst company Stay away . It is a mission to pay off what you owe and they charge you fees . Sent them Cashiers Check and 30 days later still no one knows where my money is at . They work with Ygrene which is also a rip off company . Don’t make the mistake I did
