I called on Saturday morning not expecting someone to stop by as my upstairs AC unit failed during the night. To my surprise a technician, Kevin, showed up on Saturday afternoon and got my system going even though some parts needed to be replaced. Good news for me the system was still under warranty. He said their office would call on Monday, which they did, Alyssa was very helpful. She put me on the schedule to have those parts replaced and Kevin came back to finish the job. I am extremely happy with the work and communication. Great people with good values. I definitely recommend Webster and will call again.

We recently had a new HVAC unit installed. Dan, Brent and Kevin kept me informed throughout the entire process, as they needed to come up with a creative solution to deal with a leaking chase pipe and water that pools around the condenser. The install not only looks great, but works as it was intended! Also, Tracy, Alyssa and Laura were very prompt and attentive from the office as well. I don't foresee any problems, however should one occur, I feel confident that the staff at Webster's AC will stand by their product and workmanship. (I purchased a 3-ton Trane and they were priced below several of the other estimates I received.) I highly recommend!

My wife and I contacted Webster Air to get a quote to replace our air duct. They gave us a very reasonable price, replaced the air duct and also service our unit.

In servicing the outside unit they noticed a-lot of things that were wrong with our unit and got it up to date.

They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, there was no sales gimmick or pressure whatsoever. They truly were there to help, and my wife and I truly appreciate that.

You can feel the difference throughout the house, it’s finally cold in this hot and humid weather.
