It's very simple, if you take your BMW anywhere else for service, you're making a mistake. Wayne is an exceptionally kind, talented, and fair business owner. Service is always fast and professional, and very affordable. I wish I had found him years ago, as it would have saved me a lot of money and heartache.
Wayne is very good at what he does and very reasonable. He picked up my husband's bmw from his job, repaired his radiator and delivered it back to our house once it was completed which was later after work. There were no additional charge for pick up and drop off. Very good spirit,energy and thorough communication throughout the process. 100% satisfied customer.
Wayne was kind and professional! I called him when I was provided outrages quotes from BMW dealership. He was willing to help I got my car towed to his shop and he finished my repairs in a few days. Wayne communicated costs and provided updates through the whole process. I was out of state and he offered to deliver my car to my home to lessen the stress of having to grab my vehicle after I got back into town. Wayne is very trustworthy and reliable! Would highly recommend!
