I found a stray cat and wanted it checked for a chip. They did it right away and then they set me up for an initial exam. They took me as a walk in and I didn't wait very long. Staff was knowledgeable, understanding, caring, down to earth and professional. Very easy to work with. They went above and beyond answering my thousand questions. 6 stars Would definitely recommend them . Very pleased.
Just moved to the area and needed to establish veterinary care for my dog. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the technician and the vet. The clinic was clean and organized and my dog was treated very gently and did not seem to be overly stressed. Very happy to have found this place
I took a tiny kitty I've found on the street to be checked. I was in a hurry because she was wounded and very skinny, I didn't want to wait for an appointment at my regular vet. I'm glad I decided to try the Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital because I really loved them. The place is clean and spacious, Dr Cox is wonderful and the staff is friendly and caring. I will transfer all my cats to Dr. Cox.
