I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Brian and Van Eddies.i was provided with a reasonable price, clear communication, extremely fast service, kindness, and thorough service. I highly recommend this company and will be telling my family and friends.
Can’t say enough about Brian. Had an excellent install of a new AC in 2020. I seem to have a problem with my condensation line (which was installed before Brian). On two separate and hot July 4 weekends (one in 2022, the other in 2024), in the late evening, the AC stopped working because of this pipe. On both times, I sent a message to Brian, and he called back within 2 minutes. He patiently gave me instructions on what to do. Did not charge a thing. He even came out at once at night with no special (off-hour) charge. You can rely on Brian if anything goes wrong.
My AC stopped working and a close friend recommended Van Eddies Heating & Air Conditioning. Eddie contacted me almost immediately and came within hours. I was stunned by his expertise and efficiency. He tested a few things and knew immediately what the problem was. Eddie had the parts on hand and he fixed my AC very quickly! WOW!!!! His professionalism, kindness, honesty, and efficiency are noted and appreciated. I will recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you so much for fixing my AC and for the fair price as well. Such a breath of fresh air and a real blessing!
