I exoerienced the most organized, efficient, polite appointment today. All staff were helpful, professional and a pleasure to meet. Even though I must travel more than an hour to reach this office, I feel it is worth the time to reach this level of care in todays busy, hectic world.
Dr. Morales is the best. She takes the time to check my eyes health thoroughly. She explains and answers my questions clearly and in detail. Excellent bedside manner and I can tell she truly cares about my eye sight and overall well-being. Very professional and compassionate. Her staff are friendly and welcoming. Props to Melissa, Breanna, and Coral. Great employees! I really enjoy coming to Uptown Eyecare at Lake Nona. I highly recommend having your eye exams here and the level of professionalism is top notch.
I just left Uptown Eye Care and couldn’t be happier. The service was amazing. The frame reps, the staff and management were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience!I would highly recommend going there!
