Cory Callahan was very attentive to the requirements I asked for. Sebastian Acevedo was a great Project Manager and made sure that the house received the attention and materials necessary for the installation of the roof. His team was awesome and they did an awesome job. The people in the office also coordinated everything with great attention to detail.

All around awesome experience starting with Archie, then Rachel and then Bailey who helped a great deal and was great working with! Universal did an awesome job tieing in a flat roof with a pitched roof! The only feedback I would give is more Communication is needed with deliveries as a semi showed up to drive on a paver driveway which I would not allow. Someone needs to figure that out in advance. But otherwise very happy with Universal Roof!

Universal Roofing recently repaired our roof. From the initial visit to evaluate the problem to the crew showing up to complete the repair, Universal kept us informed at all times. They showed up exactly on time and did an awesome job repairing the roof damage. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
