Had a great experience with Universal and Mike our project manager was great at keeping us up to date. He would send us pictures with a progress report regularly. The roof looks great as well as our new gutters.Robert our sales manager was also so easy to work with and had taken the time to really educate us on our options. This was overall a great experience.

Universal Roof is great. From the first time Archie Simon spoke with us and then visited our home, we felt confident in the company. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. He followed up as promised and Universal Roof delivered a quality project from start to finish. On-site workers were considerate of our home and pleasant to have on-site. They were responsive to our needs and clean-up was thorough. Highly recommend this company.
