The company's professionals are always pleasant and knowledgeable about their work, taking the time to explain what they are doing. Preventative maintenance and prompt fixing of unexpected issues are also key strengths. However, there have been some minor issues with lawn mowing, including one instance where the lawn was mowed too short and left with clippings. Despite this, the company's management is responsive and willing to make adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction. I've been using Tri-County for a couple years and they are great. I'm having a problem with small ghost ants which they took care of before but now they're back. I called them this morning and they were here shortly after my call. He put down some baits and I just looked at one it's amazing how many ants I had and I think they're all on top of the bait, I can hardly see the bait for it's covered with ants. I would not go with any other company they're always there when I need them.
Excellent company! I moved in a adult community and my neighbors had TCL and they recommended them and since I signed up I have gotten 4 other neighbors to sign with them. AAAA for quality work
