Tow Pros of Orlando is the worse towing company ever. My vehicle was towed from my residence for not having a parking sticker. Even though they claim to have 24 hour service, it took them three hours to answer the phone. The guy I spoke to was incredibly rude, condescending. Then he tried to tell me that I needed permission from the property manager to pick up my car. When I told him that I was coming with the impound fee right now to pick up my vehicle, his reply was "Good Luck." Unfortunately, my car was towed for being illegally parked, but I must say this company had great customer service and Mike was awesome and my car was well taken care of even though the situation is not the best. Everyone seems to like to complain about towing companies instead of just giving an Honest experience, I will use Tow Pros for all my Towing needs If I may need in the future

Great company and very reliable, I was stranded and stuck on the 408 made one call and they came and picked up the car. Even went above and beyond to get me a Uber home. Not saying they do this for everyone but that really helped me out. Car was exactly were I asked then to drop it off within 2hrs after the fact. GREAT COMPANY! I would deff recommend ! -thank you towpro and your staffs
