Highly recommend.... I'm here in Florida from Houston. The entire spa far exceeded my expectations... so friendly & professional & warm. My massage therapist was amazing... he communicated well & pressure was perfect... he focused on the areas I asked him to & got all the kinks out. This is not just a lush, bougie spa but a wonderful experience with a quality massage. I told my therapist I wanted to clone him & fly him back to Houston. He was Venezuelan.
I gave three stars because the location was not the greatest. The spa is on the second floor and somewhat hard to find. The space they are occupying is small and lacks the ambience I was expecting. The chair in the lobby (the only chair) is worn to the point the cushion was flattened from overuse. My wife received a facial while visiting. She was very happy with the services and her experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, polite, and professional.

I was 5 minutes late to the appointment because they changed locations and there isn’t very much signage outside indicating where they are located. After circling the parking lot multiple times, I finally called and was told they are on the second level about Ruth Chris. I walked in and was told numerous time “because you were late…”. Completely unnecessary. My facial was great, I liked the girl. She also reiterated twice about being late. Again, just 5 minutes late due to their lack of signage to find the place.
