A company came to install a new refrigerator that I bought at Home Depot, but didn't do it becase they said it needed a valve on the water line behind the fridge. Billy came to install it but he said it wasn't needed. He helped install the fridge and it is working perfectly. He was courteous, honest and extremely helpful. They company was calling to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
Extremely pleased and satisfied with this company. On two unrelated issues the receptionist triage the problem, got us qualified plummers who quickly, and competently fix the problem.
I felt the cost was reasonable, for I couldn't have done the work like these gentlemen did.
Appreciate the calm demeanor the receptionist has when dealing with "excited " persons.
Definitely will keep this company's info on hand, and recommend.
I'm confused by the poor reviews here. We just scheduled with this company yesterday afternoon and they came out first thing this morning. Nobody asked us to pay cash in advance like another reviewer mentioned. The plumber was friendly and professional, seemed knowledgeable, got the job done quickly, and the price was reasonable. I haven't looked at the work myself and since the job was just done today can't comment on long term durability of the work, but I see no reason to think this company is a scam. Very straightforward and legitimate business transaction for services rendered. Would use them again when needed.
