I highly recommend this place!
I always book an appointment because it can get busy, but if anything, that’s because the nail techs are amazing. I would never recommend or tell people to do walk-ins because the wait is longer than expected. Learned the hard way!
I’m also the type of person that doesn’t care about fancy decorations, if they serve drinks and/or coffee, or if they want to talk to you. I come here to get my nails done and that’s it! Most of my experiences, is getting charged for all those extra unnecessary things but end up with mediocre nails. Came in for a quick gel mani during my visit in Orlando & Hazel exceeded my expectations! She quickly greeted me & took care of me right away without an appointment. I did call ahead to ask if there was availability & luckily, there was. The owner also exceeded my expectations as I had to call upon arriving to locate the suite & he was very accommodating & patient. Hazel is super precise, gentle & dedicated to doing a great job. Quick but probably the best manicure I've ever had from the clean cuticle cleaning to polish application. I hope to be back soon!
I had a not-so-great first experience here about 2-3 years ago and have been avoiding them. 3 weeks ago, I decided to try again since I had an appointment upstairs, and it was such a difference. Everyone was really nice and I got taken back for a pedicure right away. I ended up loving my nails and my experience.The picture is my gel nails at 3 weeks. Still pretty decent and look at that growth.
