Excellent job replacing my sewer pipe from the house to the public portion! I originally called Brad to locate the pipe in advance of a landscaping project, and he ran the camera through and found some sections that had failed. He was able to expedite a permit and send his team out to replace the pipe and hydrojet the inside pipes within a couple days! Gonzalo, Cody, and the others were very professional and answered any questions I had! I highly recommend Drain Daddy for any plumbing needs you have!
Vern, the technician was very polite. Professional got the job done in a reasonable time and the price was right on target. We use them all the time highly recommend them for any jet plumbing job you need.
I have not personally used this company for service but if their services are even half as good as Garrett from sales, then they have a winning team. It is refreshing to get to talk to someone that is a pleasure to talk you even when customer service and costs are part of the conversation.
