We had a roof installed three years ago. We called about a leak and had an immediate response. This company and their staff are true to their word. Very responsive, professional. Would definitely recommend Tadlock Roofing.

First and foremost the customer care we've received from Robert Shaye and the staff at Tadlock has been above and beyond our expectations! Robert is very knowledgeable and brought samples to the home we were buying, took pictures and sent them to us out of state. He gave us numerous addresses of previous projects so we could drive-by and look at completed jobs, ultimately helping us make our shingle selection with confidence. We have a very large, steep roof. The project manager and HARD WORKING roofers did an outstanding job navigating around this. Everyone did a meticulous job in cleaning-up and the final outcome is just beautiful! The quality of their work is excellent!The communication within the company needs work. I received several contradictory calls to schedule work. It's a large company and the Jacksonville people and Orlando people don't seem to communicate well.The people who came to the site were knowledgeable and professional, and I have no complaint with the work done.
