Scheduled a week in advance for a measure so that I could pick my slab at the granite yard. Fabricator failed to show for scheduled appt. I followed up and she stated that she thought that she had scheduled the next day but realized she made an error. I asked when she would be coming the following day and did not get an answer. I made 3-4 additional attempts to request the time that she would be coming so that I could meet her. No contact made/no show. Threw my whole timeline off and had to rush to find a referral for another fabricator. Will not be referring this company.

Great company to work with, we have done various work with Stone Crafter and we are very happy with the level of craftsmanship. I had to wait for my work, because they are always busy, but no problem at all. Very, very happy with the final products!
