With the help and guidance of The Spectrum Property Group, we purchased 3 condos in the Orlando area in 2018. All three purchases went smoothly. Because we live in Ohio we needed help in managing those properties. Spectrum handles maintenance and any repair issues, collects rent, responds to tenant complaints, pursues evictions, and does all the marketing of the units. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns we might have.
