I’ve been buying stuff from Sod Depot for past few months now, plants, mulch, and now a test plot of Bermuda. Communication is good, delivery is timely , and product is quality. Below is the bermuda that is roughly 10 days old and already looking great. Boxwoods/ixoras installed a month ago and growing well.

As a sod install company with over a 1,000 projects under our belt, this is the best Zoysia we have seen! Perfect cuts, full pallets as described and lush lush lush!
Would recommend any who doesn't have direct farm connections to use Sod Depot.

Had two good experiences, one purchasing Zoysia sod onsite and another having a half pallet of Zoysia delivered. The onsite sod was short but green and vibrant. It installed and took well immediately, which was great, but it has stayed on the short side over time (grows slowly for some reason). The delivered sod was dry and looked iffy, much more typical looking of sod, actually. But watering it every day for 2 weeks (absolutely necessary) brought it back to its full glory and now looks green and luscious, actually better than the shorter version, for whatever reason. But they both look good and have done well in the hot summer weather so far. Proper irrigation is important....read full review
