I really enjoy my experience every time I come for an appointment here. Lizzie is so sweet and professional. She makes me feelcomfortable during my sessions and has a wealth of knowledge about overall skincare.

The treatments are working effectively so far. The laser technicians are amazing.I’m just having trouble booking appointments since my schedule at work fluctuates a lot, and they only have appointments a month in advance. If I can’t make my appointment, i have to book even farther out. When I call to see if they have a last minute opening, I usually get a whole speech about how they are booked a month in advance, which I’m aware of, I’m also aware people tend to cancel last minute as well, so I think it doesn’t hurt to ask, but I’m usually met with attitude.

Semper Lazer is super clean, customer service is amazing. They are responsive and answer all you questions. They made me feel like they care. First session and I already see a difference.
