Contacted Rinaldi about a concern with my new A/C unit and they sent out a knowledgeable technician to evaluate the situation. They sent me both an email and text message announcing ETA. Tech discovered a possible cause and took appropriate action. He also gave the whole unit an inspection for good measure. I’m glad I chose Rinaldi for my A/C company.

The technician was on time, very courteous, fixed my water leak and we're back in service. They got to Mr immediately, which was important with water dripping from my ceiling onto a real wood floor.

Anthony G was the best. He got our AC cleaned up and running. Had to replace thermostat from lightning strike. Bought annual maintenance plan which helped in replacing 1 surge protector that was blown. Added surge protector to air handler. Very professional knowledgeable and friendly.
