We recommend Rinaldi's for your AC needs. We have been with them for 14 years and have received wonderful service. It is a comfort to have then check our unit in the spring and fall, on our service contract, to be sure all is running well. They recently installed the 2nd unit for us. The first gave us 10 years of good service, but it was time to be replaced. Leonard was fantastic helping myself and my husband decide what unit was best for us now, and helped us keep our old unit running until we decided. Last week, Brian and Braden came to do the install and did a wonderful job. They were very courteous and efficient. It was an extremely hot day, but they worked... read full review

This review is a long time over due, I had our AC put in years ago by another company and when I needed service on a warranty piece, the original company which I shall not name attempted to sell me a new unit, or they said it would be over 1000 for the work and the part of course was covered by the warranty, I sent them away and called one other company, before finally hiring Rinaldi's, I had such a great experience with everyone , e.g , the lady that answered the phone , the manager in the office, the tech that did the work, it was an all day long job and was handled brilliantly, because there was an opportunity to totally take advantage of "me" the home... read full review
