This is the most rudest people I have ever encountered the lady that works up front she is very disrespectful an too no that state troopers were on promises an was as rude as her told me he been knowing her for 8 yrs an So what does that have to do with my issue had to call 911 to get some help which that didn’t help they spoke wi There needs to be something done about businesses like this. A the nerve of officers that suppose to be there for u there just as much irresponsible . We’re is the justice .

Rude and extremely unprofessional! Would give zero and report to BBB if I thought it would make a difference but they’ve got contracts obviously so they’re going to do as they please. If you have a choice though…stay away. The office manager could really use a lesson in being a decent human being let alone customer service.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. The other reviews on here are correct. They are rude and unprofessional. They tell you one thing, then another when you arrive. They won't release their pricing. Surprise fees when you arrive. Don't tell you you have to pay cash until you arrive. It's a horrible experience. I agree that the police should absolutely stop using these people. It's horrible for anyone to go through an accident and then afterwards be treated this way.Service: Car towing
