Andre, the technician from Rainaldi, was on time, friendly, and professionally competent. The service was outstanding, and he was enormously patient when answering my many questions and when explaining his efforts. I can recommend Rainaldi enthusiastically. Their service has been exemplary for the many years we have used them.

Fast, thorough, adorable emergency service. Eric took a moment to explain what was going on, how the pipe should look and what he was going to do to fix it. They’re even arranging a follow up service for free to make sure everything is working properly and cleared. :)
Incidentally they also did a whole house re-pipe for us a few years ago including insulation of a tankless water heater and that went well and continues to work well too! :). I think that was Alan or Alex and Hunter?
