Michael came to service my house for a leak issue, although he wasn’t able to complete it due to it being a bigger project than we both expected, he was still very kind and professional. He felt really bad that he couldn't get it done but it wasn't his fault. I appreciate his honestly and knowledge and how he tried really hard to help me out. Thank you Michael for all your help ❤️
Had water conditioner that was not working tech was very informative and gave me all options and took time to explain what how water conditioner works He gave all options to purchase a new water conditions and finance options
Service Guy, Raul, is great for his service. I wish the company had better coordination with previous technician so that all the issues could be taken care today. By the way, Raul forgot to take the old faucet away.
