Called them for some Warranty work on my Hayward pump that failed 1 month shy of the 3 year warranty (thank you God). After I had all my documents in a row they sent someone out the next day to replace and fix at no charge, a $650-950 savings. I called 3 others so called Hayward Warranty establishments before them and they gave me the Covid Story runaround (true or not, whatever still does not help me) that it would take 1 month to get the parts and get to my warranty work (sure they don't get paid top dollar for warranty work and paperwork might be a bear to get paid by Hayward). I don't know about you but a non circulating pool in FL in the dead of summer is not a pretty...read full review

I have been thoroughly impressed with Pool Care Specialist! Rodney is so valuable to me! Tonight I had an issue with my lights and he immediately responded via text to walk me through resetting them! They do a fabulous job on a weekly basis maintaining my pool! I highly recommend them for any pool maintenance issues whatsoever!Service: General repairs
