Couldn’t recommend them more! Dr. Klein, Dr. Whaley, and all the staff is very accommodating, you can tell they really care and are patient with your pets. Also great prices. Love this clinic and its staff!
Pine Castle is not my normal vet, but after a bad experience at our last vet, I knew I needed somewhere different. Unfortunately our girl passed away at home. Pine Castle was the closest vet to us, so I called to see if they could accommodate us to get cremation set up. The girl who answered the phone was so sweet & caring & they were very kind and gentle in person. They took us back to a private room immediately and we were even able to spend some time saying goodbyes even though we already did at home. You just are never ready. I'm not sure why they have such a low rating on Yelp when this place is stellar! I found it by chance when my general vet called out sick a couple of hours before I was supposed to take my Bichon in for her annual shots. She was due for her rabies vaccination and I didn't want to delay. It was a Saturday which made things a little more difficult but after calling a few high rated clinics in the area, I was able to do a walk in. Not only did they take good care of us and made the process easy, but when I advised that I wanted a 3yr and not 1yr rabies vaccine, they had a technician go to a nearby hospital to get the vaccine as they were out!!! I've NEVER had any veterinarian go that extra mile. Obviously they didn't have to since I was not a regular client. Since then, we've been going here exclusively. They've been wonderful about issuing foreign travel paperwork, responding to emergencies, and also doing dental work. I trust them implicitly. They listen, care and give the best care that you could possibly expect. Dr. Klein and Dr. Whaley have been incredible. I highly recommend them.
