Drake from Pella took care of a few issues I was having with my sliding glass door. Also, Drake took care of my post inspection. Thanks Pella for having people like Drake, who have no problem doing their job the right way!Site visit on 26 April Drake from Pella stopped by to replace the cedar trim around the window. Which was easy for him, He sawed in angles and placed them perfectly where they fit. Thank you Drake and Pella.
Had Bill over for a service call and was amazed at how thorough and knowledgeable he was. Was able to help me out with my window and warranty issues. Was on time and will work with this company again as long as Bill is there to help us. Put our fears to ease and was a wonderful representative for the product and the company.
