I grew up in the neighborhood have known of this business my whole life but I've never had an opportunity to use them until the last 30 days. I’ve used them twice very satisfied with the outcome of both. Technician was great very personable the work is very good and has had zero problems or failures. Paul Wilson Plumbing did an excellent job at installing a new water heater in my house. They even took the old one away for me for free! The area they had to work in was very tight and a pain, but they made it work. They also installed a sink in my garage for me! Definitely recommend them!

The plumber attempted to repair the faucet but was unable to because it needed a new cartridge that I hadn’t purchased.I have purchased a new faucet, and am hopeful to have them return to install. However, I was hopeful that I might get a slight discount and they said they couldn’t guarantee I would get any discount. Disappointed with that answer after spending $115 for a repair they were unable to complete.Not their fault, I understand, just thought it would have been good business to offer a little something for a return service. Other than that, I was pleased with the plumber’s attempt to fix my problem.Service: Tap repair
