Amazing morning! Here on vacation- went to bed with swelled ankles from traveling. Finished my morning practice, bought some cool gear and feeling amazing! I’ll be back later when others are doing their happy hour, I’m happy I found my happy hour space:)
I absolutely love this studio! I travel 30-40 minutes ( depending on how traffic is) to come take classes 2-3 times a week. The instructors are so nice and very motivating when class gets challenging. I've taken a couple classes near me but nothing compares to the experience that I've had at this facility. Be prepared to sweat and work hard! I definitely recommend for you to come here.
Maria and her fabulous instructors are in tuned with the needs of each and every students! This practice helped me with my sleep disorder and shoulder pain! Highly recommend!Thank you! HF
