This was my first time seeing Dr Marcano. Dr Marcano has great bedside manners. The staff is very friendly. My only issue was the cancellation and refund policy. Payment is non-refundable even if treatment has not been started. So if you change your mind or financially like in my case you would like to cancel treatment that has not started. You are out of luck. Make sure before you sign that you are completely aware of refunds and cancellation policy. Because they do not go over it with you. Which they should. They should explain and make it clear before you sign.

I hate going to the dentist but I have been going to Dr. Marcano for over 10 years now. I like that he numbs my mouth up when necessary so that I don't feel anything. I always go for my yearly cleaning and he has done root canals/crowns on me. He always takes time to talk to you on ways he can help you with your teeth.The staff is really nice and they answer the phone all the time to make my appointments or for any questions. He's easy to find, right off Orange Avenue & the wait time has always been pretty good. This is why I go to him time and time again.

I want to thank Dr. Marcano and his staff for taking the time to listen and understand my personal need to get one tooth repaired while several other practices turned me away. Dr. Marcano inmediately checked and found a way to make it work for me without going into the extra expense for financing all top removal. On the 1st appoinment everything was explained and treatment for the 1 missing tooth began. The Dr. also understood that I was in a bit of a rush as I also had a knee surgery coming and would be in recovery prior to returning for the permanent.
