I’ve had my cleanings and a surgery here, and the care itself has been okay — but communication really needs improvement. I’ve been trying to get my partials delivered, yet expectations were never clearly set. At each fitting appointment, I’m told something different by the doctor about the next steps, which shows that the process was never explained clearly from the start. I’ve also had to take time off work multiple times only to find things weren’t ready. Service is fine when everything goes smoothly, but when you ask questions or raise concerns, their tone can become defensive instead of understanding. After my surgery, there wasn’t even a quick check-in call, which would’ve meant a lot. With clearer communication, consistent updates, and a bit more empathy, this office could easily go from average to excellent
I can’t complain about the service itself. But the billing is terrible! I have been back and forth between the office and my insurance company for 6 MONTHS! I keep getting a bill from the office when I should owe nothing for preventive services in network. I have written several messages on their Smiles app/portal and NEVER get an answer back. I leave a message with request for their billing/ coding person to call me back and nothing. I did get one very helpful girl at the front desk when I called but the changes she made in the system don’t stick because I keep getting another bill notification! So frustrating. I know my insurance, I know what’s covered, and somehow I’m still stuck in the middle of this mess and getting bills that I shouldn’t be!!! And then called by their out-of-state billing collectors. It’s a nightmare.
Wonderful office, staff and medical team are very kind and accommodating. Always on time with very high quality service. Needed a crown urgently due to travel and it was promptly made and placed, no pain or discomfort. Excellent customer service. Thank you for saving the day! Highly recommended. 5⭐️
