I came to CPA that was recommended by Dave Ramsey and I had a horrible experience. They wasted a year of my time and did not even finish my taxes. I still have no idea why it was not filed. The communication with Charlie was horrible. Never gave me an update. Every time I called he was either not there or the assistant would say he will call me back and never did. I came here to fix my taxes and ended up wasting time. He kept telling me your taxes are done he just needed someone else to review it before he needed a signature from me.
