“Jason at Weekend Mortgage is simply THE BEST! I highly recommend him for your home financing needs because when he says he is on your team and will do everything he can for you, it is not just words…he MEANS it and HE DELIVERS! In my case, Jason’s service was not only exceptional but bordering on miraculous. On the morning of our closing, while we were at the title office signing the docs on our new home, a loan default and vehicle repossession suddenly appeared on my credit history and Jason called to advise that this would almost certainly cause the loan transaction to fall through. We were devastated but not willing to give up on buying our dream home – and Jason didn’t give up either. While I got in touch with the reporting lender (credit union) to figure out why this came up, Jason immediately reached out to our underwriters to keep them up to date and to find out what we had to do to still get the loan funded. It took most of the day, but I was able to resolve the issue with the credit union. At 4:30 that afternoon I got a letter from the credit union stating that my loan had been satisfied and was not in default. I passed this along to Jason and he was able to take that letter to the underwriters and convince them to fund the loan despite what had been reported through the credit bureau. He worked well past banker’s hours and I am still not sure how he did it, but at 7:30 that same evening, I got notice that the loan had been funded and our home purchase was completed! I know there is NO WAY I would have gotten this same level of service and support if I had gone with a large national lender as I have done in the past. We LOVE our new home and we can’t thank Jason enough for making the financing happen. Hopefully you won’t need a miracle to get your mortgage, but why not choose the lender who can provide one if you do need it? Give Jason a call. You will be glad you did!“
