We spoke with Mills Air about something we were not happy about after maintenance was done by them on our two AC 5-year old Carrier AC Units. We sent them a message and told them of our concern. They immediately got back to us after reading our message. I have to say they were prompt and professional! Within one day, they took care of our concern and it was a Holiday weekend. We don’t know of many companies who get back to the customers on a holiday weekend, but Mills AI did, and we really admire them for ! We have to say, Adam, their technician was absolutely Amazing!
