You will not be charged unless we can bring your computer back to life. If you are a residential client (not a business) you will pay a flat labor fee of $100 instead of $125 per hour that we charge businesses. Free diagnostic. All our services are done without data loss. WE DO ALL REPAIRS ON COMPUTERS AND LAPTOPS We have been working on computers residential and commercial exclusively for 27 years, this is not a hobby for us, this is what we do for a living. We are very honest unlike a lot of our competition.
