If I could give this provider a 0 Star I would! I wouldn't deal with them directly or indirectly if you could avoid. Our business have been attempting to get records from. them for ONE YEAR. I have spoke with Brittney and Michelle who have BOTH LIED and told me inconsistent and inaccurate information to get me off the phone. They are NOT professional and do not do what they promised. Ridiculous.

Received a bill recently for a surgery I had 3 years ago. I called and verified I didn't owe anything the first time the bill came around and that the hospital didn't even use mcrg during my time there. Received another bill saying I would be reported to a collection agency if I didn't pay now, months and months later. I called the Orlando MCRG and the number says they are closed and the website is no longer operating. In conclusion, if you received a bill from MCRG, it's a scam. I reported the bill to the feds.

I was actually quite confused when I received a bill from this place even if I never visited it. Also was more confused to get a bill because my auto insurance and health insurance basically covered all medical bills when I stayed at Ormc. So after seeing the reviews I’m thinking this might be a scam. Also never heard or was told id receive different bills separate from my hospital. But they are also threatening to send this balance to a collection agency and with the possibility of credit reporting when this is also the first time I’ve ever seen or heard of this place and the first time I get a bill from them. Also my name on the letter is wrong…
